World Spay Day

Your support saves lives and helps LA animals!

Did you know that spaying and neutering programs prevent overcrowded shelters and the number of homeless animals in our city?

Spaying and neutering cats and dogs are the most effective ways to reduce pet overpopulation in shelters while also helping our furry friends live longer healthier lives. Plus, reducing overcrowding helps us care better for those sick or injured animals with nowhere else to go and find homes for the orphaned pets who do need homes.

Animal shelters across the country are facing the same issue: more animals are coming in than are being adopted and fostered. Almost 3 million neuter/spay surgeries have gone missing in the United States due to COVID-19. We have a lot of ground to make up.
