Adopt a pet this Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend.
LA Animal Services is offering reduced adoption fees for dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens on Saturday, November 30 and Sunday, December 1. There are so many amazing animal friends ready for a loving home. Adoption fees for dogs are $51 (not including $20 license); puppies: $75; cats: $12.50; and kittens: $25.
If you can't adopt, consider fostering a pet. When you adopt or foster a dog or cat, you not just save the life of that animal, but you will also free up a space for another dog or cat in need.
Open every Sunday from 1-4pm. To participate, you must sign up in-person at one of the shelter locations listed below.
The Pet Food Pantry provides cat and dog food to low-income residents of Los Angeles whose pets are spayed/neutered and licensed. Once your enrollment is approved, you will receive instructions on how you will be able to pick up your pet food each Sunday. To learn more, click here.

Adoption fees waived for dogs and cats (adopted at the event and at any of our six City shelters on December 7 and 8) thanks to a generous grant from Petco Love.
