BOARD OF ANIMAL SERVICES COMMISSIONERS:
 The staff of L.A. Animal Services and the Board of Animal Services Commissioners work together to respond to the needs and concerns of citizens in the City of Los Angeles.
The Commission advocates for people and animals living safely together in the City of Los Angeles and sets policy for the Department. The Commission holds public hearings on critical issues, identifies priorities to be addressed, and makes recommendations to the Mayor and City Council.

The Board of Animal Services Commissioners Board Meetings
The Board of Animal Services Commissioners (Board) meets regularly every second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Monday of each month at 10:00 A.M. Regular Meetings are held at City Hall, 200 North Spring Street, Room 1060, in Los Angeles, CA 90012. Meetings are open to the public. The meeting schedule may vary due to holidays. Some meetings are held in the field in the early evening.
